every time I call its like the 1st time they have heard of my issue. I think its due to the outsourcing of all customer service.. they don't enter the info into the computer or appear to do anything about your issue at all except say that they will and get off the phone with you and then move on to the next person's problems that they are going to ignore. Complete customer service failure. Do not use this company..they will lie to you and waste tons of your time and overcharge you.
Stop blowing smoke up our ass's we need Oxygen not your runaround!

My doctor has called twice to have a potable oxygen concentrator delivered to my home and NOTHING from Apria. I just spent an hour on the phone w the Ogden Ut office and got no where - I stood there and heard my doctors manager set up delivery for last night and today they say there is no order???? I have a large concentrator that I have requested they come get and three months later it is still here.
they are the worse and can't figure out what the Dr order 😡 it was awful!!!!!! maybe go to the moon and get better help sooner!!!!

Apria Healthcare has served my husband since 2007. Our insurance has changed and my husband decided to change providers and Apria has been very hard to work with during this transition. Today when we called Apria to get records transferred the worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend Apria Healthcare to anyone.

We had a premature nicu baby on oxygen and a home monitor in 2017. Apria came to pick up the oxygen and never took or came to pick up the apnea monitor. We contacted them to pick it up and they never showed. After 18 months we got rid of it after numerous requests and nobody picking it up. Now 2 years later they called to try to bill for the equipment they never picked up! They never sent a notice, never called to schedule pickup, and never showed to receive the equipment.
