They could improve by shutting down. I've been hung up on four times in 19 hours. Their help line tells me the "local office won't answer their phone". What kind of service company hangs up on their customers, and has an office that doesn't answer the phone? Answer: one that needs to shut down.
WARNING do not use this company EVER. I promise you will be charged for equipment you dont have or ever ordered and you will never get what you originally ordered. This company is the most incompetent company ever. I will continue to post this warning everywhere until they stop charging me for items i dont have in the mean time talking to someone on the phone does not help and shows the lack of ability to do the job right. I have to go thru the trouble to charge them with fraud on my credit card. BEWARE
I have worked for 48 hours to get an order faxed and in their system. I can navigate any insurance/home care system as I am a nurse. On Thursday I had the order faxed to Apria 3x. Shocker they claim they never received it. On Friday, I had it sent again and got the confirmation number. They tried to tell me they didn't have it but when I said I have a confirmation number they had to backtrack. Now it was that processing would call me. You know that call never came. Don't use Apria for your medical needs. There customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen!!!!
every time I call its like the 1st time they have heard of my issue. I think its due to the outsourcing of all customer service.. they don't enter the info into the computer or appear to do anything about your issue at all except say that they will and get off the phone with you and then move on to the next person's problems that they are going to ignore. Complete customer service failure. Do not use this company..they will lie to you and waste tons of your time and overcharge you.
Stop blowing smoke up our ass's we need Oxygen not your runaround!

My doctor has called twice to have a potable oxygen concentrator delivered to my home and NOTHING from Apria. I just spent an hour on the phone w the Ogden Ut office and got no where - I stood there and heard my doctors manager set up delivery for last night and today they say there is no order???? I have a large concentrator that I have requested they come get and three months later it is still here.
