The local office and the customer relations team is sub par. They have been a disservice to me and my medical needs.
Apria is the worst company ever!! Bad customer service, inappropriate insurance billing and lack of total respect for their patients. Family member going to Owens Healthcare Co from now on. The insurance commissioner and better business bureau need to be contacted as to Apria’s apparent neglect and bad business practices.
Dear Apria Healthcare. Tomorrow I will probably be dead because of your lack of care, compassion and overall human feeling for your patients!! I have been waiting for over a month for my breathing machine and getting nowhere. I have called every day for the last week and get someone who can’t tell me anything and then has to transfer the call to my local branch which is NEVER available and they have to send an email message and will have them call you back. We have never had such a poor experience with a company in our life. For nearly two weeks our oncologist as well as their assistants have been faxing back and forth the prescription necessary to acquire a portable tank. It is utterly appalling that your business is even still standing when my mother has been waiting on a portable tank to leave her house to go to work to live a normal life and she can't because your company is absolutely terrible. This company has TERRIBLE customer service and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company. Save yourself the stress and time and go with someone else.
My son is a preemie and requires oxygen support. Apria is our current provider. It takes an at ten phone calls and one month to get any of the supplies I need. I have started placing my order as soon as I receive an order to compensate for this and I still don't get supplies on time. This is equipment to monitor my son's well being and safety. They lie to me about when shipments will arrive. I feel unsafe with this company. He also uses a feeding tube and our other supplier gets equipment to us the day after we place the ord... read more
