1. The automated system doesn't let you schedule or reschedule maintenance, it just says you are on the schedule on x day, do you confirm? - Make it so you can reschedule or talk to a live agent. 2. Insurance billing is terrible, orders are consistently filled incorrectly and phone support is useless
Worst (non-primary English speaking) customer service ever. Never sure if they really understand me, but when the bill comes I know they don't understand me because the bill is ALWAYS WRONG. I have NEVER received a correct shipment of supplies...EVER (in two years). I call them and tell them, they say...so sorry. I say- don't bill me for the wrong stuff you sent. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I changed my insurance company just so I never had to use them again. I am going through another medical supply facility and Apria healthcare is STILL trying to send me supplies and bill me for them even after having our account switched over to the new company. Multiple phone calls and they still want to charge me, they billed my old insurance for services that were never rendered and then tried to send me to collections over them, please stay away from this company. Apria your call center and automated menus systems are horrible. Was simply trying to get in touch with a local rep in Lenexa. Got caught up in wasting unnecessary time trying to navigate through your horrible bureaucratic systems.
How this company stays in service is beyond my understanding.
I am going to my human resource department to beg for them to drop Apria from our insurance company. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and further what they are doing is illegal. They are billing me and putting me in collections when they are supposed to be billing Oxford. They have a contract with Oxford in which they have previously been paid! apria was previously paid before September 2018 and then after Nov 2018 but are saying that I owe for three months. The absolute worst customer care experience! No one speaks English, or rather their accent is so strong you can’t u sees tans them. Constantly interrupting to tell you you are on recorded line. The ABSOLUTE main thing is they LIE!!!they do not do anything they tell you they will. Waited days for a walker to be delivered to my else mother, having to go and get her one myself.
