Your company sucks! It sucks because every other company is just as bad! I just want to order cpap supplies wtf is wrong with you guys? I am better off ordering from Amazon or some online cpap store and pay full price. You guys have transfered me a number or times just find a simple answer!! Can't wait for the whole billing issue all over again once I get my supplies! Why don't you just close up business.

Apria has got to be the worst medical supply company. One hand never knows what the other is doing. We get a call for service on my father’s O2 concentrator. The message said they would be by on Thursday. I called to change the appointment the same day and was told “no your appointment isn’t until Monday”. That day worked for our schedules so I said thank you and hung up... fast forwarding to Thursday. You are the absolutely worst company to do business with for Cpap supplies. Wrong parts shipped consistently. Customer service inept.
HORRIBLE!!! Customer service....nonexistent. Don’t deliver when they say they will. Don’t contact you to let you know they’re NOT coming. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a nightmare. Didn’t deliver my husbands oxygen when they said they would...asked what I should do it he needs it and they told me to call 911. Lovely. Thanks. Good answer.
no delivery as promised 2 days in a row. No call backs, long waits on phone, and lies about where package is. If you need emergency equipment. head to emergency room. Apria will let you die
Apria has zero customer service. We have repeatedly disputed the issue with them. We never authorized for the CPAP to be sent and refuse to pay the rental of a machine that was never authorized, and returned to their office unopened in the original package. Now they are threatening to turn it over to "collection". I asked to speak to a supervisor 2.5 weeks ago and they were going to have one call me back...still waiting for that.
