May very well be the worst company I have ever had to deal with...luckily my condition isn't life threatening(ie oxygen or insulin) because if it was I would be dead by now. Terrible customer service, they don't want to help you at all, cannot understand the CSR's due to language barrier and poor quality of phones.
They keep billing us for stuff after insurance paid. Took money from our Visa card without permission. Have had billing issues for over a year which has taken numerous hours of phone calls. Call center is out of the country and keep you going in circles. Worst service ever!!
APRIA HEALTH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY BILL FOR CHARGES AFTER INSURANCE PAYS AT 100%. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE EVERY TIME I MADE A CALL AND NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WAS TRANSFERRED ALL OVER THE PLACE. THEY BILLED MY INSURANCE $788, GOT PAID AT 100% BASED ON RATES AND BILLING ME FOR CONTRACTED AMOUNT. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I DEMAND SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. OHHHH AND THEY SEND PEOPLE TO COLLECTION LIKE IT'S NOTHING. RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE. WORST!!!!

I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH AN INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND INSENSITIVE GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS EVER!!!! THEY SENT ME EQUIPMENT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, FRAUDULENTLY BILLED MEDICARE AND BC/BS AND THEN SENT A BALANCE I DO NOT OWE TO COLLECTIONS!!!!
Continues billing me for equipment I returned March *2017*! And now, started double-billing me on my carry-around unit I’ve had since 7/18—WHY? “Bc the unit has 2 functions.” It DOESN’T(unless u count ON & OFF)! $180 for ON & $180 for OFF for the rest of my life!
They do not care about there patients and they give you the run around and lie to you. let you sit in pain for 4 weeks to then say they dont except your insurance they are very very very bad buisness do not give them your buisness
Nonexistent customer service. Call center is manned by people who cannot communicate and can resolve nothing!! I've been billed for monthly supplies that I have never received. Quite the scheme they have going. My recommendation is to go to just about ANY other healthcare company!
Apria scams people with billing by delaying equipment pickup in order to bill another month. I'm refusing to pay them and have submitted a complaint to Kaiser about what they're doing. The rep who called to harass me today refused to hand me over to a supervisor. I can afford to pay their measly $27 bill, but it's the principal, and not everyone can afford it.
