It has been 6 months and they can’t figure out out how to Bill am insurance company. All the while I am paying interest in the the money they have taken from me without a bill or an invoice. The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with!!! I have called to talk with them and my insurance company has called them numerous times. Not a single person there can get anything done. Again! It has been 6 months with absolutely no help from Apria.
We used them for two years and they stoped charging our credit card then doubled the price and and came up with a large amount owed. Their accounting practices are in question and ALL elderly patients and care givers need to beware
Apria is withholding necessary oxygen equipment from my brother. Worst customer experience ever! My mom spends at least 45 mins to 1 hour almost every weekday on the phone with them. They promise to have his equipment to him but never deliver. He is wasting away before our eyes and they do NOTHING!!
Absolute worst customer service and follow through. Looks like we are not the only people to experience this. contact your health insurance company and complain about this vendor. Patients should not have to be treated like this when they need special equipment to assist them while healing.
No follow up and frustrating to work with. There seems to be a severe lack of customer satisfaction and customer first attitude
I’ve been fighting for my baby to get her oxygen for FOUR DAYS from Apria! First they give me wrong fax #s then nobody calls to update. Mind you this is a STAT order they claim to be expediting SMH. Who drags their feet on getting a BABY with heart and lung issues oxygen? I’m at the point where I’m ready to rent my baby an oxygen tank. THATs how bad this has gotten. I’m terribly disappointed and will NEVER use this company ever again!!
Apria is full of liers, customer service is non-existent. I was hung up on because I told the company that they where wrong and I had/have proof.
Please never use them. They did auto payment without my permission. Then billed me saying it was not paid. Now have been trying to get a refund for 115 dollars and they say it takes two months. There’s never a manager available when you call. They said for weeks it was approved - my refund- now denied because we did it will insurance was pending— now have to start all over. Worst customer service experience ever! I've been in contact with over 14 different people over 3 weeks regarding a refund owed to me. Firstly, they charged my credit card that I did not give them permission to keep on file. Then they told me that my refund would be posted in 7-10 business days. Then, on day 9 only PART of the refund showed up on y credit card account so I called AGAIN. They promised that the remainder of the refund would be posted THAT DAY, which was 2 days ago.
