15 bucks to ship a piece of testing machinery to a MediCaid recipient. HIPAA verification questions that make no sense. No call back from management when requested, and zero service recovery. No thank you. Never again.

The absolute worst company in existence! Never delivers when they say they will. Faulty equipment. Delivered oxygen tanks to my grandma (wrong ones) without leaving a key so we can access them. I wish there were another choice for this terrible company.
I have used Apria for my c-pap machine and supplies for many years. Last year my insurance changed from HMO to PPO and I called Apria in January, spoke to an "overseas representative" to let them know my insurance had changed. I started to receive statements in April because there was no authorization on file. I contacted their "overseas" customer service via phone and email numerous times and was repeatedly assured "a supervisor" was taking care of it. Being a decent and reasonable company. Failure after failure after failure. I have more confidence in having sex with a hooker with HIV, herpes and every other disease then you resolving an issue or providing a product in a reasonable manor/timeline.
I am disabled and apria harassed me over a mask change for my machine they stated to me that even if my insurance covered my new mask that I would still have to pay on top of that do yourself a favor and stay away from them!
After reading the reviews I'm going to move on to another company.
they charged my fiance double the price of his cpap then came to repo it! claiming insurance won't cover it. when he talked to the insurance company they said they have been billed consistently on top of what he paid of out pocket. he tried to call apria about this and literally got transferred in circles until he was hung up on twice a day for a week straight. so the insurance company gets involved and gets a new machine on the way in no time. only it arrived without any accessories that was turned in with the old machine. ... read more
Your company sucks! It sucks because every other company is just as bad! I just want to order cpap supplies wtf is wrong with you guys? I am better off ordering from Amazon or some online cpap store and pay full price. You guys have transfered me a number or times just find a simple answer!! Can't wait for the whole billing issue all over again once I get my supplies! Why don't you just close up business.
