Horrible customer service, they make appointments and do not show. My portable O2 is not working and they are “out” and can’t tell me WHEN I will get a replacement
Awful Company, I was released from the hospital 40days ago and STILL have NOT received my walker even after falling and Badly injuring my knees. Every time I call I get a different story, ALL LIES. I’m Very frustrated, they LIE to hospitals and promise things they know they won’t deliver.
They have not checked our equipment in a year. Some of it does not work. Cannot get through to them by phone and when you do, they make an appointment and do not show up.
Do not ever order anything from this company!! I have been fighting since November 2018 for this company to bill my secondary insurance. Not only that, they sent me the wrong tubing. When I called them about it, they told me they would send the correct tubing and a box to return the wrong tubing. Waiting since the end of November for the box. Now, they have added the tubing to my bill!! I am actually on the phone with them now getting the same story I’ve been getting since November.
Perhaps Apria should employ Americans as opposed to outsourcing foreign individuals who have ZERO command of the English language......just a thought!
Did you get the letter from my attorney Apria? You are about to get another one. This morning the oxygen machine malfunction light was on so I tried calling your service. I did what you do I recorded your endless recording and no answer for a lawyer and possible jury. The 911 response person agreed you should be providing 24 X 7 service. BTW have you corrected the billing were you have been billing incorrectly for almost a year. Most people would pay it but I told you I am not. Literally the worst company ever!! Kaiser forced us to use you but I will tell everyone everywhere how terrible your service is. We called for a replacement O2 concentrator at noon today...technician was not informed until 3pm and the call center lied to us multiple times.
