This company has the most incompetent employees I have ever seen. Between the none communication and the completed lack of interest to fix any issues that come up on an order, I am at my worst end. It literally took me 3 months to finally get my order. I finally get my equipment and does not include the tubing. I couldn't believe it. The customer service is terrible. We have been given the run around all afternoon to have an oxygen compressor fixed. We are still waiting 5 hours later. There needs to be more technicians and support available. This is disgraceful and disappointing. My father is 81 and relies on the oxygen.
My husband had a CPAP sent order there. They didn’t even begin working on it until I called to complain which was 15 days after the order was sent and then it was phone call after phone call. Too much hassle! I finally cancelled the order and we ended up going to a local medical supply store which was fantastic! All I’ve heard is that April is horrible to deal with! I should have done my research first before having his order initially sent there! It wasted 3 weeks of our time!
Horrible company to deal with. Spent three days and countless hours on the phone with the customer service trying to convince them that I made two payments to them which I have proof of and they never applied to our account. Supervisor was supposed to call me back and never did. Emailed their main customer service ZERO response. Called them again today and behold(!) they found the missing payment. They debit money from bank accounts when payments have not been authorized. Horrible customer service providers who are so badly educated on services and can't read notes.
Extremely disappointed with Apria "Customer Care". Representative hang up on you even if you are polite and courteous because they are not able to answer the billing questions. They with hold products because of their billing errors.
I’ve been waiting two months to get an Rx filled by Apria. One excuse after another.
Apria is horrible. I have to call multiple times wasting so much time on the phone to get the correct items delivered. I'm currently dealing with an unauthorized charge they made on my debit card 2 weeks ago. It almost made me overdraft my account. I'm demanding a refund but they say they can only give part of it back until they get the remaining payment from my insurance that was incorrectly charged to my insurance in the first place. Worst DME company ever! Charged me 150$ for a breast pump that cost $100 from Target. $150 was just my portion my insurance paid for 80% of it.
