worst customer service I have ever felt with.. they have no idea how to do their jobs!!!
I was switching healthcare for my 7 mo th old infant who is a trach baby requiring 24 hour oxygen, a feeding tube, and trach care supplies. spoke with the national hot line in March had his account set up and approved on a national level. they kept rejecting his prescriptions with no reason why. finally the national number approved everything after speaking with his insurance and doctor to fix the prescription error. well here we are in may and still no supplies or equipment for his needs. come to find out, our local store w... read more
Most businesses have customer service but I’m not sure what Apria has. Their solution to pretty much anything is to hang up on you. Calls on hold too long, hang up. Get someone to actually answer but then can’t answer your question, hang up. All I wanted to know was when they could pick up some equipment from my moms and if it wasn’t before I had to leave to go home could I take it to their office. Worst Service ever....no compassion, no empathy, no backbone, severe lack of "Hearing" the customer with no true follow up. Asked AJ to speak to a manager and he said he didn't have any....nor did he know any....circular discussion and no feeling whatsoever for the lack of my life literally being on the line....Oh well....sucks to be me....Apria DeathCare….when you're certain you don't want quality of life!

Unsolicited spam call made to me within minutes of release from hospital this morning. This company has NO business with my unpublished mobile number. It's a scam outfit out to take advantage of vulnerable patients! Neither hospital staff nor I ordered anything from these people! BLOCKED!
Their billing department is terrible. They outsource their customer service numbers to people I cannot understand. I requested a review of my account & received a “printout” of a mess. Do not believe Apria has any real accountants working for them.
This is by far the worst company i ever dealt with . Aside from having the minimum customer service, they do lie about their time , they say will be calling you back and never call and it took them forever to get you processed that is if you are lucky and got processed . My dad has a life threatening machine and it took them over a year to deliver and it is still not delivered . Finally i will change the company . It deeply saddens me to hear we do have such companies operating in our Country .
