THE POLICIES OF THIS COMPANY ARE INSANE. THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. PERHAPS A CALL CENTER HERE IN THE US WITH PERSONS WHO MIGHT UNDERSTAND YOUR NEEDS MIGHT BE HELPFUL. I AM SO SO SO SORRY I AM CONTRACTED HERE.
In April, 2017....... on a delta flight, my cpap unit was switched with another from out of the country. I filed a claim with Delta, called Apria and they sent another u it. I continued paying all my copay as required. Now TWO YEARS AND A MONTH LATER, I get a bill for over $200, Plus a THREATENING PHONE CALL FOR LEHAL A TION. this is only TWO WEEKS after getting th3 bill 8 should no5 have gotten. Holy crap you couldn't possibly find a worse company to deal with.
Horrible customer service. They charged our credit card after it was removed from their system. Billing was stopped to my insurance for a year and they have no reason. I can never get an answer from anyone. I would pay off my equipment if someone could actually tell me my remaining balance just so I would not have to deal with them again.
I am not sure how other Health Care companies are but I am SO sorry I have APRIA Healthcare for my oxygen. They have laid off all of their customer service people who worked in the US branches. Now the only way you can reach them is by calling the ONLY number they give you which connects you to either the Phillipines or India. The people have NO CLUE what you are asking them for and have a "script" they pull up to read from. They do not know what to say if you have a question that is not part of their script. Apria is a joke. Ordered an item and it was shipped to another address. Now its been 3 weeks and still can't get a refund. Nothing like talking to someone who doesn't speak english.
This is the worst company ever! Every time it is time to recertify my mom, they claim they never get the paperwork and threaten to take her oxygen away. The doctor has faxed it 3 times already!
Worst customer service no communication apria does not follow up with the dr office or the patient can’t read a prescription even if it was written in crayons i won’t recommend this company to anyone the only rating I would give them is negative stars complete morons working here use any other oxygen company if you use this company you will end up dead or overcharged
Called yesterday to question an invoice. I have received a bill for items I never received applied to my insurance deductible. I called to question the bill and the person hung up on me. I know you record the calls. The call took place on 5/13 around 4:00 p.m.
