Today, I get a package from Apria Healthcare via FedEx. I am so livid!! Where do they get off refusing my order on June 17, then change their minds & ship product without letting me know. I AM REFUSING THIS DELIVERY. For the past 5 years I've ordered my Nebulizer equipment & tubing. Never again! My suggestions for improvement - (1) re-train all employees on customer service (2) get rid of Call Center. Allow Local branches take calls/orders (3) re-train employees on how to read customer accounts #ApriaHealthcareSucks
TERRIBLE!! I have 2nd insurance that covers 100%, but these folks refuse to bill properly. Now in collections? Time to speak with an atty! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
By far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. My husband has cancer and can’t breath without oxygen. We’ve had to have 3 tanks replaced, 2 machines and now his machine is overheating and his backup is almost out. There is no sense of urgency. These people are playing with lives and are never held accountable!!
I cancelled their service over a year ago because they could never get my supplies or payment receipts to me without 1-2 calls. I also had to often follow up to get the insurance billing done correctly. I unsubscribed from their emails at that time. All of a sudden early this month I started getting daily emails again. I have unsubscribed daily, saved the confirmations, yet I am still receiving them. I have also written customer service twice, to no avail. Train Your Customer Service Agents! They are clueless and SO RUDE! We had a delivery scheduled for yesterday. It never showed up. I called 3 times to get updates and got 3 different answers. The 3rd one I talked to last night was amazingly rude and told me there was nothing he could do because it was a courier, but if they didn't show up by 9 pm to call back so he could do something. Worst customer service ever. Over charged our credit card three times, called to get refund and will not refund our card..
I’m extremely upset and disgusted with the service I’m getting from your company. My 25-year-old newly above knee amputee daughter is a patient at Kessler rehabilitation Institute in New Jersey a well-known a cute little Rehab hospital nationally. The occupational therapist placed an order for her a lightweight 20 x 18 wheelchair with a stump support a week ago and she’s leaving tomorrow as we live in Pennsylvania and there is NO CHAIR FR YOUR COMPANY .
