I am very disappointed with how Apria conducts themselves. I went into emergency surgery after having 5 infections, two of which where in the lungs. I had to be put on oxygen. I'm only 21. That is terrifying. They delivered a broken concentrator and I had called to have somebody fix or replace it. Nobody showed up and I had to get tanks just to BREATH. Terrible. Doesn’t get worse than this company as far as getting orders correct. Impossible to get customer service solutions. Don’t use this company.
The customer service representative seem polite and helpful, but are lying to us. Our bed was supposed to be delivered Monday, then Tuesday, then Tuesday evening, then Wednesday to an unrequested address, then they are telling us tonight (Wednesday) after midnight!! I have taken time off from work to be here (at home) and now am seriously considering small claims court to sue for loss in wages.
They could improve only by going out of business!
We had ordered form this company 2 years ago. We had ZERO copay due to making our out of pocket for the year. They were supposed to apply it to any future balances. Then they "sent" us a check we never received. CONFIRMED it was never cashed. Fixed this issue repeatedly. We've spent time we did NOT have on the phone with our insurance company and Apria. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. They charged our credit card without our approval, created fake accounts to charge us from, didn’t charge our insurance company, impossible to get a hold of and have ZERO customer service. BEWARE BEWARE.
Impossible to get a hold of. They are famous for sending you in circles and never can help. Have been trying to get someone on the phone to correct a bill since FEBRUARY, it is AUGUST.
YOU SUCK, could not give me a delivery time because you contract out to an outside vendor. Customer service is incompetent has no information, company is cheap and contracts outside the country for customer service.
I had surgery on my foot my doctor ordered me a knee scooter. My insurance paid for it . This place brought me a second hand scooter that the break keep catching and squeals when using. I call the same day it was deliver to say that this was not what my insurance paid for. I was told they need to order me a new one and it would be delivered Monday. Then I call today which is Monday and nope They say they have it don’t have down to be delivered till Wednesday... This Company is a frigging Joke
