SEND CORRECT ORDER ON TIME AND THEN BILL i HAVE ORDERED A MEDIUM MASK 3 TIMES NOW AND GOT THE WRONG ONE THEN ORDER CANCELLED AND LAST TIME HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, EVEN TAKING PAYMENTS, i PAID BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE CARD, SO PAYMENT DID NOT GO THRU.

husband did a sleep study back in the fall, sleep study found severe sleep apnea. apria contacted my husband in the fall a couple of times b/c of this or that. then never heard a word. the end of Dec. 2018 someone called saying. im sending emails, initial and sign. and within 3-5 business days we will contact you to deliver yoyr machine. we it is now april 11th and we still have not been contacted I called tuesday (4/09) and talked with a "supervisor" that talked to our local branch, they will get back to me within 24-48hrs.... read more

Terrible company, they should be ashamed of themselves.
My dr. Sent me to them. I paid the upfront cost of the machine to be reimbursed when insurance was filed. After the trial period the doctors office sent in all the documents and everything was sent to Apria healthcare in Cape Girardeau mo. A couple months later I received a refund check for what insurance paid. One month later I get a bill in the mail for $2400.00. I called and they said I did not pay anything up front and that insurance did not cover this. I asked why I received a refund for half of what I paid up front. No... read more
