This company had my husband’s prescription and sleep study for two months and did nothing. Then, each time I called to check on progress, I was told a new lie (your doctor never sent, we will escalate the order, order was sent to wrong dept, we’ll call you in 24-48 hrs). We are going to purchase our own equipment online now. This company is a huge headache! Too bad our doc even uses them.

I wouldn't recommend Apria for anything! Have been working on a billing issue since March 2016; yes, three years! Have explained it so many times, standard response is they will look into it and get back, or just give me your credit card no. and put it on recurring payment. Are you kidding me? My next stop is an attorney.
We've been waiting 2 weeks to get a wheelchair for our son. He's 6 and would love to get back to school. These folks can't seem to get us one. Please DO NOT do business with them. There's no sense of urgency, and now they're denying a 6 year old boy who wants to go back to school a chance to do so.
Better customer service. So far, been waiting 20 minutes on hold to talk to someone - returning their phone call!

We have been trying to purchase a Philips respironics Travel CPAP for a trip that we are leaving on in 1 week now. I ordered it almost 3 weeks ago... to be shipped within 3-5 business days.... has not arrived and can not get any answers from this completely unprofessional company!! the most incompetent Homecare company I've ever encountered in 26 years I've been dealing with home care companies you would be dead on the floor before they get your order right!
Stop outsourcing customer service to Phillippines, and require that your customer service personnel actually take some initiative to do their job, such as following basic prompts to connect phone calls to medical groups, or make notes on accounts when your customers advise you that you are repeatedly sending them the wrong equipment. Wow, this company is horrible.
