Your customer service sucks and lies. Don’t tell ya something is in the way fir two days when it’s not in stock. Don’t say the driver is on the way when he is not, you all are the worst. I will never recommend you
They grossly misrepresented that Medicare would pay for my father’s O2, and are now sending collection notices to him for amounts 10 times what the equipment is worth; saying that Medicare won’t pay. Anyone considering a class action out there?
Tried to get in touch with someone in management about an incorrect charge (of over $900) and was told that’s not possible. Horrible customer service all I’m trying to do is return a breast pump that isn’t due until May and I’m getting the run around!
They have been unable to provide a clean Oxygen Concetrator and tanks that do not have smoke residue in them. I need oxygen, but am allergic to smoke...and I have chemical sensitivity to. I am on my 2nd day with no oxygen because they can not seem to deliver an emergency tank to replace the empty one. Every morning I call, they say it's on it's way, but no show. They tried to deliver a portable one but you can not run it 24/7. I am switching companies too and receiving one threw the new company. Here goes another sleepless n... read more

Predatory billing practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would give 5 negative stars if it were an option.

Apparently Apria is trying to beat OnStar and XM Sirius to have the worst customer service. Had a Medicare Authorization Form for CPAP machine RECEIVED BY APRIA on 2/15/2019. Today is 3/25/2019. They will contact me in a week or so when they get their paperwork completed. No machine yet
