28 minutes on hold and then “we are experiencing technical difficulties please call again later.” And the connection ends.
Horrible customer service!
A crapy company who causes more stress than helping. Slow submitting to insurance just so they can bill you instead and make more money. Wish some attorney would look into their business practices for a class action lawsuit or something? Hate this company.
This company has the worst customer care ever! Their billing practices should be against the law. The information that is given is inconsistent in both customer service and billing. I was told today that I have to make a payment towards my deductible which was untrue per my insurance! I canceled my order and told my Dr. to send my referral to a different company. Apria is horrible!
I have been on hold for 33 min trying to figure out what equipment is being delivered today because we got my mom's oxygen on Friday. After being transferred 4x and repeating information, I get "we are delivering the oxygen ma'am"... I have to keep repeating myself "they already delivered it on Friday"... then I get transferred again to some other department who need put me on hold again for several minutes to check the notes. Horrible customer service! The lady helping me did not know the difference individual deduction and family. I placed the order three different times and still never received my supplies. And on the last day of the year refused to process order that I originally tried to get in November. I am now with another company. Would never recommend this company. Not to mention I work on a pulmonary unit. I suggest other places.
This company is one of the most disorganized that I have ever dealt with and the only one who can be blamed is the CEO. Appointments are not kept. No one knows and no one calls.
Go out of business. You can not handle a simple order. HIPA needs to investigate your practices and records because you can not keep track of anything. I have used Apria for about 10 years but recently they closed the local office. Now everything has to go to their call center where ever that is and their service has gone non existent.
