Horrible firm. Customer service reps repeatedly lie to avoid paying refunds when due. Can't keep insurance information straight. Take your business elsewhere!
Sorry customer service. Most representatives can not even speak English. Now they are trying to charge me rent for a cpap machine that I told them to come get over 4 months ago. Please do not use this sorry company!
Unfortunately, I began waiting with Apria in November 2018 for a breast pump under my insurance.bi contact Apria as told by BCBS Illinois. I learn that my PPO considered this a one-time fee-less option. Apria says the same. I learn if the Medela Symphony. I had my midwives provide the prescription for a electric dual pump. RecommendedSO VERY HELPFUL!! Greg is awesome I came to visit my kids who are stationed at the Army base. Once we arrived, I realized that I was missing a part of my CPAP machine. I made a few phone calls and was really having a hard time explaining that I needed the seal which fits in the water reservoir lid. We decided to try GOING to a medical supply store and APRIA was our first attempt. Greg explained my machine was older and they probably didn't stock that part BUT HE WOULD LOOK. Every time we have needed new pulse ox probes for my 10 month old daughter who requires monitoring, it is a huge issue. This time there is an issue and the warehouse has no probes for her, and she has the flu, so monitoring her is even more important. Get it together, Apria. Your incompetence affects people's lives, literally.
horrible!! impossible to get a human on the phone!!! nonstop calls basically begging you to re order supplies you dont need!!! never will i use them or reccomend them again...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve been given information that totally contradicts itself. They’re withholding my daughters enteral supplies and formula even though my insurance pays 100% and I have no outstanding balance. First they tell them they do not carry the formula, then they do carry it but I have to pay over $1000 a month in order for it to be shipped, I was told to call back after 8 am to speak to a different department and the department isn’t even open today.
