where to start...my cpap machine broke in November finally after jumping through hoops with apria I got my new machine today...unfortunately the water chamber they sent me 2 weeks ago is for my old machine and when I complain about it they tell me it will fit my new machine....not even close.....they have no clue what they are talking about and every time I called to find out when my new machine will be in...they dont know...but what they do know is...I owe them x amount of money and until I pay x amount of money ...I wont b... read more

Worse service never check up on supplies , Billing Department even worse . Had Referral Placed They said this is all we need never called nothing then They screwed up and bill for concentrator that they never had entered for referral. so bill went from a copay of 34 dollars a month to 250 . no call no explanation . Never notified or tried to contact us just throw on a bill that is useless no explanation of charges just a pay this . Who in the hell does that ?? This company has horrible customer service and blows off military personnel. They have had a referral for two months (31 Oct 2018) and have failed to provide anything for medical supplies up to this day (14 Jan 2019).

This company is by far the worst! They are quick to take your money, but when they owe you money for charging you when you weren’t supposed to be charged it takes months! When I call I can’t reach anyone. I am currently on hold for 30 minutes. Do NOT choose Apria if you don’t have to!!!

My senior adult mother-in-law is simply trying to breath using Apria products and service. Placed a service call yesterday and no one called or came until close to midnight when she was sleeping (without her much needed oxygen). Placed another call today and was told a service rep would come at 3:30pm. It’s now 9:15pm and no one has come. That’s almost six hours after the scheduled time. Shame on you, Apria. Start by not calling and threatening collections when I can't find an amount due. Don't even try to call because you can't understand their call center people. I have even filed harassment complaint with the FCC once to get the calls to stop.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They need to stop out-sourcing overseas and keep it here because they don't know how to operate off script.

They sent the wrong headgear for a cpap. Called customer service, was transferred 4 times, was on the phone 49 minutes. The off shore rep didn’t understand English and the rep in America shouted at me and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Went online, used the chat function to try to get help and was referred back to cpap customer service, from whence I just came. Ugh!

They keep billing us $15 that was already paid by the insurance company. I have called their customer service and it's located in the Philippines. I can't seem to talk to someone in the US. Each time I speak with someone different, the amount due is from a different month. I've mailed proof that all billings have been paid. But, they are not listening. They are the worst to deal with.
