I have had nothing but issue after issue since starting with them in April 2018. I even filed a case with the BBB for charges they were making to my CC that I did NOT owe. I had a scheduled delivery for 5pm today. At 6:00 we were told they forgot to put my oxygen delivery on the truck. I was told it would be rescheduled to the next day. I let them know I needed the higher flower for walking to the RR and had about an hour of oxygen left. I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. UNACCEPTABLE. WORST COMPANY EVER.... read more

The disconnect between your logistics dept and customer service is huge and totally unacceptable. 1st delivery window today was 12:30-3:30pm when the order was placed. I rushed home from the rehab facility to prepare for the delivery. 3:00pm, received a recorded call that said the eta was 4:15-8:15pm Called customer service, talked to Brandy, she's awesome btw, she told me that the real eta was 10:30pm, that deliveries were really backed up today. I told her that was totally unacceptable, she called the logistics dept, they ... read more

This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They have no customer service skills, their supervisors are useless, and they give patients the runaround for days. Not only did they receive a complete packet from my insurance (TriCare) with authorization and prescription for cane and wheel chair, I hand delivered the exact same packet and it wasn’t enough for them to “qualify” my authorization. I spent a total of 60 hours in the ER because they messed around with getting me my approved medical equipment and they h... read more

Quit outsourccing to India. Listen to your customers. Your oursourced customer no service reps have refused to slow down so they could be understood. hung up on the coversation, refused to answere questionis. I am sure they are following a matrix on how to provice NO service. they have also refused to transfer me to a North American based call center. I do not know if you even have one. WHY do you send my tax dollars overseas? I know it is corporate greed.

I got my cpap last week and I’ve had problems with it from day #1, I’ve called Apria repeatedly and no one has resolved my problems with my machine. Every time I call I get put on hold repeatedly, yesterday she said she was transferring me to the cpap manufacturer, ResMed but instead I was transferred to a robo message for life alert! They billed my insurance over $2500 for a machine that practically drowns me every night!!! And I have no choice but to eat it or I’ll get billed the $2500!!

My husband and I both have cpaps. I ordered mine directly due to the fact I still had an insurance deductible. He didn’t. Apria totally screwed up the order and sent him a cpap that wasn’t even the right brand. Now he’s getting punted by customer service. We have been customers for almost 15 years. What the f#%* happened to the good customer service we used to get ?????

last year after giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in the bay area, i was loaned a breastpump. when it was time to return the breastpump I attempted to do so but I never recieved the label/resources to return the unit because i was speaking to a non Kaiser Apria customer service rep. Then i attempted to return the unit to Kaiser, but was told I had to return it to Apria. Then I called again and this time I recieved great service by a rep who told me dont worry you will be taken care of and transferred me to a Kaiser rep. once... read more
