Worst customer service EVER. Left a voicemail yesterday 1/23/19 stating the a knee scooter/walker would be delivered between 11-20, while were at the surgery center, had someone sit at our house to wait for delivery that never came. Told today 1/24/19 That the equipment was on backorder even though it was out for delivery the previous day?!? Called several DOZEN times and for the same run around

Your company is the worst and haven’t even had a delivery yet. Your customer service reps are CLUELESS!! I have worked for Medicaid for over 20 years and this is absolutely the WORST I have had to deal with in obtaining my father oxygen!! If you’re in NJ, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing complaints with Medicare, banking & insurance, the State and anyone else who will listen.

My husband ordered a new mask in March of 2018, we did not get a bill until mid-December 2018, with a billing date of 12/7/2018. I submitted our debit card information, as payment of said invoice, on 12/21/2018. We then received another bill (for the same amount) on 1/7/2019. At that time, I called to straighten the situation out, and your automated machine stated we had a ZERO balance, hence I thought it was a timing issue and no further action was required. Hey Apria. We called you on January 9th to pick up your machine because we found a supplier who actually has their act together. We’re charging you $5 a day for storage. So far, you owe us $75.

HORRIBLE customer service. Claiming we are being billed when Tricare has submitted proof of full coverage of the bill. They refuse to even look at the claims or references number just wanting us to pay what’s already been paid. Ridiculous. We will be switching companies.

Horrible service! Very unreliable! I receive automated phone calls scheduling a maintenance checkup for my home oxygen concentrator. For the 3rd time now, I have made sure to be home during the time frame Apria said a technician would come to perform the checkup on the equipment, only to have no one show up. Then when I call, I have to wait an average of 15 minutes on the phone before a representative answers my call. Given the amount of poor reviews Apria has all over social media, I'm surprised they even have a Facebook page. This company is partially responsible for the systemic problems in our healthcare system. They pay no attention to the values they claim on their website-"personal responsibility, well-being of the patient being a top priority, service excellence." Hardly. Ordered a mask. Then they sent my insurance info and the “finance department”. Couldn’t decipher how it worked. It was not that complicated. Talked three way conversations. To clear it up and they would call me back barely able to speak English and say it was not confirmed when I was on the phone when it was.

I stood in the office for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. it wasn't until I slammed the door behind me as I left the employee came out from the back. he didn't apologize or anything for the wait. I told him what I needed and didn't look at the computer or anything for the week. He simply stated he has no work order. I am in need of a new company that actually cares and will not replace my concentrator again.
