The absolute worse customer service. I started to write out my most recent problem with them and realized a Stephen King novel would be shorter. Just the bullets: 1. Confusing billing 2. Incomplete CPAP orders 3. Attempted delivery when I was still in the hospital 4. Maintenance showing up with no appt 5. Maintenance not showing up at all 6. Rude drivers 7. This company is a sham. Sends out equipment that’s not even set up correctly and then after HOURS spent on phone with customer service STILL has no resolution. And then a year later, sends you a bill for the equipment due to non-compliance. And won’t reverse billing. Will be submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau. Thumbs DOWN.
RecommendedNO! They have off-shored their entire Customer Service to the Philipines and have put profits over their customers with absolutely no way to file disputes or reached representatives in the United States.
I have defective head strap with velcro that doesn't work and they wont replace until I hit 6 months . but the hose I got yesterday with hole in it they can replace. what good is mask and hose of I cant hook to head. so i guess I sleep without mask for 2 months and if I die in my sleep my family can blame apria
Had a wonderful representative last week in Colorado and had the worst representative today. Her name is Pamela. I have an urgent prescription that was supposed to be delivered today and apparently they gave Fedex the wrong address. When I called back to ask when I would be getting the machine this “Pamela” was extremely rude, overtalked me and actually hung up on me! Absolutely awful!!!!!
Horrible service! Getting different answers to my questions. Can’t understand the foreign staff. Given different phone numbers to call. No one seems to know what’s going on.
Improve there billing and record keeping.

Wow, I didn’t believe some of these customers experience with Apria, but I was wrong. The customer service at Apria is horrible. I was told that my order will be delivered to me within 1 to 2 business days, however it’s been a week now and when I called them, they said that my order was put to be delivered in two weeks from now. This is horrible! The staff wasn’t even able to pull up my order until I had to hang up and call again and spoke to a new rep.
