By far the worst company EVER!!! My daughter relies on you to ship her medical formula and when you tell us it will be there on a certain date and it’s not, you could possibly cause long term medical damage to my child who is 2 years old. You’re a joke, a complete joke. Your customer service is by far the worst I’ve EVER dealt with. Your supervisor Candace hung up on me. Who’s going to take responsibility for this? Where do I get formula for my child when they don’t sell it within 100 square miles of where I live? There is a... read more

Thank you so much for your quick response yesterday replacing my hospital bed. I commend you for not just getting up to my home quickly but also for working with my schedule with regards to my doctor appointments

Apria literally are thieves. They charged my credit card several charges, and when I called them, they dismissed me at first, and then realized they didn't provide me any services, and acknowledged that they charged me by mistake. This has happened 3 times now over the course of a year, and if you don't look closely at your statements, they absolutely make no attempts to reimburse your account. This is the last time. I'm cancelling my credit card once I get reimbursed, and file a police report for theft against them.

This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They have no customer service skills, their supervisors are useless, and they give patients the runaround for days. Not only did they receive a complete packet from my insurance (TriCare) with authorization and prescription for cane and wheel chair, I hand delivered the exact same packet and it wasn’t enough for them to “qualify” my authorization. I spent a total of 60 hours in the ER because they messed around with getting me my approved medical equipment and they h... read more

I have had nothing but issue after issue since starting with them in April 2018. I even filed a case with the BBB for charges they were making to my CC that I did NOT owe. I had a scheduled delivery for 5pm today. At 6:00 we were told they forgot to put my oxygen delivery on the truck. I was told it would be rescheduled to the next day. I let them know I needed the higher flower for walking to the RR and had about an hour of oxygen left. I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. UNACCEPTABLE. The disconnect between your logistics dept and customer service is huge and totally unacceptable. 1st delivery window today was 12:30-3:30pm when the order was placed. I rushed home from the rehab facility to prepare for the delivery. 3:00pm, received a recorded call that said the eta was 4:15-8:15pm Called customer service, talked to Brandy, she's awesome btw, she told me that the real eta was 10:30pm, that deliveries were really backed up today.
