This place is horrible. Stay away!! They will not help you with your needs! They will promise you a product but will never deliver! Patients stay away! Especially if it’s oxygen and your life depends on it! They will screw you and never show. Do not trust!!!
Worst customer service ever. Did not deliver wheelchair prior to my surgery, as promised. Did not pick up equipment when promised and continued to bill my insurance company.

Impossible to reach someone for 02 delivery that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. When I finally did get to a live person,I was given another phone number to call.
my premature baby has been home from the NICU for 2 months. i call anywhere from 3-5 times a week telling them i need pulse oximeter probes and they have NEVER sent me the probes that fit our machine. they have mailed me the wrong ones 4 times... and all of the other times i dont get any package at all!!! my son is completely dependant on oxygen and also forgets to breathe at times WE NEED THESE PROBES TO MAKE SURE HE DOESNT DIE!!!! it's been 2 months!!!! it's gotten to the point where I literally cry when I get off the phon... read more
GARBAGE COMPANY Asked for my daughters milk A WEEK AGO. Called today and their is NO RECORD of me asking for it. 😡
The only way they will let me pay my copay is to give them my credit card info over the phone. I WILL NOT DO THIS! Was on hold for 45 min trying to talk to a manager and they kept giving me new sales people. Hands down the worst healthcare company I have ever had to deal with. Time to switch companies! I have ordered from CPAP supplies online just to avoid dealing with these people. When are you going to upgrade your system?
