If I could give no stars I would have. They never arrive when they schedule and if they don't come they will push you to the next day. It took 3 days to get my daughters wheelchair delivered, with missing parts that took 3 more weeks to arrive. And so far we've been waiting for 2 days to have it picket up. Horrible service.
The absolute worst customer service! it takes 7 days to get a call for a return authorization. All phone calls are outsourced into a foreign country. Its impossible to get someone who is stateside and speaks clearly. I want to switch my CPAP company!
The absolutely worse company I have ever dealt with. If your doctor refers you to them for a cpap DO NOT USE THEM!!! Find another company. They bill you for things that they are suppose to bill the insurance company for but the insurance company is waiting on information from them that they never send and expect you to pay. Apria is the worst service provider there is. They got one star because they cannot be given a negative score. I have been trying to get supplies for my cpap for nearly a month. When I call, half the time, they cannot even find my account. They are the absolutely horrible. They cannot seem to do anything right. They say "thanks for being the best part of Apria" because they certainly are not the a part of anything positive. Do NOT use this company if you can avoid it. I have been trying to get a c-pap machine from them for THREE MONTHS. I can’t get straight answers out of anyone. One person tried to dispute how long I had been on hold during my previous call instead of actually trying to solve my problem. I called my insurance company to see if they have a contract with another supplier and the person I spoke to said everyone knows Apria is the worst.
Avoid Apria Healthcare. Total scam to lock you in a rental. They bill you and the insurance the turn you over to collections when told account is paid in full. Only way I knew is it showed up on my credit report. They don’t deserve the 1 star.
