On Monday, April 9, 2018 I ordered a CASE of 50 (FIFTY) 12 French suction catheters to use with my son's suction machine. My order came today - I received 1 (ONE) 12 French suction catheter - ONE...any idea how many suction catheters we use in a week or month???? That order was placed by one of your off-shore customer service reps whose understanding of medical terminology was poor at best. I'm incredibly frustrated
Terrible customer service. As soon as they have your business their customer service disappears. Good lucky trying to get equipment replaced. Can't understand why this company is the only game in town and why it's still around. What business practices allow a company to keep you waiting for service for HOURS??? Medicare, KAISER Permanente, find other companies that actually care about the patients!! Shame on you, Apria!
Absolutely WORST company I have EVER dealt with. I've been trying for 2.5 months to get new equipment. Countless calls an constant run around. BTW, I cannot select 0 stars so I had to give them 1 (grrrrr).
Just got my mother home from the hospital and this guy shows up with oxygen tanks, not company we requested, he refused to leave, we're trying to return the products they are taking forever to come and get them, yet still charging. Stay away!!
