Worst customer service. Outsourced outside of the US. Rude staff who you can barely understand and treat customers like garbage.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is polite, but they can only do so much. The right hand doesn't have a clue what the left hand is doing at that company. They also don't seem to know how to transfer a call directly. Every time the shunted me around to another department, I was on hold again. My saga has been going on for about 2.5 months now, and every time I call them, I waste another hour. Get you CPAP from another source!!!!
Jason Frerichs, Respiratory Therapist at this organization is harassing people and stating (I have proof) that he's going to have all of his patients write letters harassing individuals he has issues with. Is this considered appropriate or professional? Is this how all of your respiratory therapists handle themselves?
Customer service via telephone is horrible! However, local delivery person is doing the best he can to improve company image. Glad we are no longer using them for nebulizer!
Terrible company Stephenson Nursing Home faxed a Doctors order for a twin lift bed for our 90 year old mother. We just received a call from Apria and was told they are denying her Medicare / Medicaid claim. We were told by Supervisor in Rockford, Illinois that a group of people decided not to provide the bed that it had nothing to do with Medicare / Medicade it was an internal decision.
Tried to order supplies they treat you like you won't pay your bill. Not happy just have to go without supplies.
