My Dr. gave me a new script for a new CPAP machine I was told by customer service they needed a copy of it but I could not email it but that I must fax it. I drove across town to the local Apria office and had them fax it somewhere. Noe 3 weeks later you still do not have the fax as part of my records. It is almost unbelievable that your service can be this bad. Your fix is for me to waste more of my time and refax it to you.

ordered cpap equipment. More than a month later, I still don’t have it. Why are they a provider when they don’t provide? They called me incessantly to ascertain coverage, then dropped the ball and sent nothing. Went to Amazon and got it in 2 days, for less than my copay after their huge markup. Will submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement.
Apria refuses to deliver to APO addresses - a pretty clear lack of support for those who serve their country overseas. They'll say they support, but they will not adjust shipping methods. Thus someone serving overseas must incur the cost of shipping from family stateside. It's an odd oversight for such a large company that often serves military and FEHB federal families.
Apria Healthcare, the worst in the business. Atrocious customer service. Representatives are incompetent!

The worst at everything. Terrible service, always giving the run around. THE WORST.
Apria Healthcare-medical equipment supplier 1-800-277-4288 will NOT deliver needed OXYGEN. A Cottage Grove grandmother prescribed OXYGEN 24/7/365 cannot leave home without O2 to get her prescriptions refilled. She is certified disabled and on state insurance. She'll need AMBULANCE by late a.m. Saturday July 21, to hospital PAID by MN TAX PAYERS (TO and FROM) PLUS they pay E.R. visit so she'll have the medications she needs.
