employees don't believe in wearing masks
Are you aware of the views of your employee that they are sharing publicly?
For one they decided to bill me after having my equipment for over a year, when I actually got the equipment I had met my deductible, so I would not have owed anything. Now when trying to talk to someone, I can't get anyone in the US, or that can hold a basic conversation. The local office in Pleasant Valley told me they billed me incorrectly and they would take the bill to a zero balance, and I am still getting a bill for $400 after continually calling every month.
I told them I didn't want a humidifier, I got a humidifier. I was told I would get a replacement piece for the humidifier and refunded the $140 they charged me, I received neither. I was told it wouldn't cost me a thing and $1,000 later they tell me I will still need to make payments for over a year. They are supposed to bill my HSA for any charges, as all other medical offices have done, and they can't even do that. They are liars and incompetent. On the plus side, they were quick and had local offices.
Cannot give less than a 1. Stay away from this company for CPAP supplies. Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
Terrible customer service (except for one local rep that has been very nice throughout the while ordeal) and they flat out lie to you about how much you are going to have to pay. Also, do NOT give them your credit or debit card number! They will take out money without ever even notifying you.
They tell you that you can make payments on a bill that they sent over a year late, then as soon as you make payments they send your bill to collections. Customer service is HORRIBLE, and you can’t even understand 1/2 of what the people say. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Ever.
