Worst customer service ever! They don’t care about their customers. Delivery supposed to be 1045a - 245p. It’s 9:15p and still waiting. When I called, was cut off multiple times. Asked for a supervisor and was told only way can talk to a supervisor was they would have to call me back. Was told they would call back within the hour and was not surprised when it didn’t happen. Not sure how this company stays in business but will definitely be filing complaints with insurance provider, BBB and more!
Front for large scale fraud. They keep mailing you for supplies you don't order and you don't need. Even after you call them repeatedly to cancel your account. They keep billing you for orders you return ( because you never ordered them). They also fraudulently bill your health insurance company. Avoid dealing with this company.
How are these people still in business? Needed home oxygen for my two-month-old infant with bronchiolitis. Got a prescription at 11 AM, oxygen was delivered at 12 AM by a completely overworked and exhausted employee. Didn’t have the cannula for her to even be able to use the oxygen to sleep through the night. I don’t know, oxygen it’s kind of important. The BBB needs to be notified by everyone who has had a bad experience.
