No worth a one even. First they hold the orders for three weeks almost even with doctor office and myself sending them to them. Then they billed my insurance for three months of supplies I did not get. Then when I called to find out why I hadn’t gotten the refill supplies that I signed for them to auto send, I was told they left it initially with me at setup and that I could not have it for three months from day got the machine. I'm paying 920.00 for the airsense 10 elite. I'm wondering why I paid 250 separately for the humidifier when it's includes for the 883.00 price on their website. Can anyone answer that for me?

Terrible company! I was and am in disbelief on how they handle things. Taking advantage of the elderly! Not one person can tell you anything other than someone is in the case now. Then be transferred only to be disconnected
Let me tell y’all right now!!! Apria is the worst company in the world. My husband had an emergency amputation at the hospital and the hospital has the wound care pump. Once he had the amputation why would he need the wound care pump. They are charging me 4000.00 a pump. Really!!!! The lady had the nerve to tell me that it’s my fault.
This is the most horrible company to work with! Customer service is non existent! Every week someone from India calls me that they are going to pick up my CPAP because I don't have insurance even though I do. I gave them updated insurance info and it took them two months to verify it. Then they told me my insurance company said Apria is out of network! Lies! My insurance company even tried calling them! You are on hold for at least 30 minutes. You all truly suck
Horrible company!! I’ve been using a cpap machine for 13 years. I now need to get a new one. I did a sleep titration study and my physician prescribed a new machine, mask, etc... and forwarded to Apria. They are telling us they need my baseline study from 13 years ago before they will order the machine. That info was purged by the facility 3 years ago. Apria has hung up on my doctor and her staff. Not very happy with service. Wait on phone for 20 to 30 minutes before answering. Waiting on medical equipment. May get between 4:00 PM and 8:00P PM. Hope it get it today.
