After billing my insurance company incorrectly, Apria insists that I am on the hook and are turning my account to collections. Been working with my healthcare coordinator for 6 months to reconcile what I actually owe. Do yourself a favor and avoid Apria at all costs.

Well looks like I’m not the only one who has had it with Apria’s customer service. They never understand what you need always telling you the wrong thing always cutting you off when your speaking. So I come to find out Customer service isn’t even in the the United States it’s in a different country. Which would explain the language barrier and the delay so they are talking over you. Using your service has been impossible! Although the employee who introduced me to using CPAP was exceptional, the support since then has been HORRIBLE!! I am inundated with robo calls and idiots who apparently follow a useless script. Even making a change of address was incredibly hard work! Even though my physician ordered a change of mask, I couldn’t get one. I had to stop using my CPAP because I could not get help. I can’t wait to get rid of Apria! These people are complete idiots. Forget trying to talk to customer service. They apparently do not understand the English language. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. All they want to do is ask you why you want to access your account. What does it matter? I want to access my account. They just want to bounce you back and forth between customer service and billing. If I could give a negative number I would. This company is deceitful, dishonest, fraudulent and untrustworthy. They don't give you the bill up front and sneak in other charges. They won't let you speak to a supervisor and will not work with you at all. They should all be ashamed for the treatment of their customers.

Apria has committed fraud by taking $1500 from my mother's account. She was on autopay for medical equipment that averaged $8 a month for the last year. Customer service is a joke. I'm on hold now for over 25 minutes to speak to someone in "Level 2" which is a just an excuse to hang up. Oh and the equipment she is renting for this $1500? A wheelchair and a lift that you can buy for that price. Shameful.
