This company should have less than one star. Billing and customer service are beyond terrible especially for people with medical needs. I've been dealing with them for 5 months now. They charge you $400 monthly rent on items you can BUY online for $125. Unfortunately the hospital set up my equipment rentals while I was out of it. Expect an hour or two on the phone to call them and you still can't get issues taken care of.
I have never worked with a more incompetent group of people. Supplies are always very hard to order. I have had to request a US based customer service department because the connections on the offshore offices are horrible and the people do not speak clearly. My last order was held up on a billing issue on an address I held 3 years ago and had contacted Apria several times to correct. Worst company I've ever worked with. Completely incompetent staff. Can't take an order or process an order. Just udder garbage.
This company has the worst customer service ever!!! I have been on hold for 55 minutes to argue about a $45 bill (I might be the crazy one). When you finally get someone to answer, that person never can handle your problem, so they transfer you a few more times. You get so fed up you just pay the bill which is what they want you to do anyway. They are just horrible, and everyone knows it, but I have no ideas on how to get them to improve their services? Very disappointed in this company. Have called three times about my RX change for my machine and they still have not changed it nor have they bothered to call as I was told they would.
Horrible. DO NOT USE. They will erroneously charge you with no recourse.
Absolute WORST experience & my child’s equipment has yet to even arrive. I will NEVER recommend this company.
