Worst customer service I've ever seen!!! Double billing me for over $200 and I can not seem to get my money back from them. Contacting an attorney at this point to deal

I will never use this company ever again!! I needed more supplies for my cpap and am now covered by Medicare as well as a secondary. I was told when I called that Medicare required certain documentation and I and my dr gave them everything they needed 6 weeks ago. To this day I have gotten no supplies and no phone call. I had to call myself several times and every time I was first told that they were missing something and then they said that they had everything. I would rate their customer service as Poor, their expertise as Poor and for following through as Poor. Please note that this is my opinion but I have never experience such Poor service in my life.

My dr has faxed the prescription for my new c-PAC machine 3X and no ones has it yet. I have been waiting since the middle of November. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said she would call back. I was gone and she left a message. It was probably a good thing I didn't talk to her because she gave me 2 ext. numbers to call, which I double checked. They were both wrong. I am thinking she can't solve my problem if she can't even get her ext right. I wish I didn't have to deal with them.

Once my wife's cpap is paid up, we will request our Dr to change the prescription to another company. We have had the same old cpap for 3 years, Aprica started the payments all over again when we had to change our medicare advantage plan from Aetna to Martin's point. We just made payment #21. I call this medicare Fraud! We buy our cpap supplies ourselves (not through medicare). I refuse to give Aprica our credit card number, or any more of our business. I'm checking in for my mom who was contacted by you for oxygen her doctor ordered. It is for 24/7 use. This was a couple of weeks ago and we can't get anyone to return our calls; and other than the first call we haven't heard anything yet. She's extremely short of breath and really needs that oxygen! Apria gives you ONE chance to choose an alternate CPAP mask before you are stuck with it for 6 months. I have never worn CPAP masks before. I trusted the representative in her guidance. I was an uninformed, naive, gullible consumer. If I had it to do over I would do research on the health care supplier before choosing just like you are doing now.

I think Apria like to scare old people into signing to make them pay. If there was another choice we would take it. Apria has not concern or compassion. They are just in it for the money.
