It has been a tragedy of errors since I got a new CPAP machine with the wrong hose and water chamber. Repeatedly wrong supplies are sent. I don't get UPS notifications of delivery anymore. Recently, an Apria warehouse sent a shipment; itcwas to be delivered to an Access Point only to be picked up by a UPS driver just a couple of days later and before I could pick it up. It was returned to a different warehouse. Dealing with Apria is exhausting and wastes my precious time.

I have waited TWO months for the incompetent people at Apria to send me my Cpap supplies. Just got them. They sent the wrong thing! Horrible company.
My fiance, Gary , gets his C-Pap machine from Apria. He has Sleep Apnea, and could stop breathing at any time while sleeping without a C-Pap. His Doctor sent a prescription for a new C-Pap because his machine stopped working, and he was told that they received it today. He just got off the phone with them, and was told he must wait seven to ten days to receive his new C-Pap. Even though he told Customer Service that he could stop breathing without the machine. This company is just terrible. I’ll be switching to another company soon. My son deserves a lot better than this.
If you have any dealing with this company, cancel, turn, and run away as fast as possible!!! APRIA took $574 out of my account in August and I have be jerked around by employees who can’t or don’t do their job for 5 months trying to get a refund, and now I’m told to call back in another 6 weeks. If I could give a 0 stars I would! RUN!!!
After many years of dealing with the poorest customer service that acted as if you were ordering candy instead of life sustaining O2, I made a difficult call today to notify them that my Mom passed away and to schedule pickup of her equipment. The customer service representative did not even have the decency to say she was sorry for my loss.
