5/2/2017 The worst company / customer service to have to try and deal with I won't going to my own details because it sounds like everybody else is covered at all for me!!! 5/4/2017 I called for the second day in a row to get my CPAP machine pressure adjusted.... and once again getting the runaround! Terrible customer service. Sit on the phone on hold for 20+ minutes and then get hung up on. Numerous times.
I was back and forth on the phone for the better part of 2 weeks trying to update my insurance information, because I was receiving bills from Apria instead of them billing my insurance. Dealt with people who did not seem to know what they were talking about. Once it seemed the issue was resolved, I get a notice I have an overdue bill. Have tried calling 3 different times and I was on hold 20 minutes, 25 minutes, and over 30 minutes respectively until I just gave up. Don't know what to do. I might talk to a lawyer.
For the most part, I have been pleased for the past few years. However, my last two shipments have been WRONG. I most of the time, do not have the time to call during business hours, but find there is no EMAIL contact. The last time I talked to them, it was like pulling teeth, and I had to talk to a supervisor. It still came back as wrong. I NEED my CPAP, but I NEED the CORRECT replacement parts. I am starting to get a little peeved.
This company sent a defective wound vac to my mother after open heart surgery. The machine never worked ( a home health RN tried). My father sent it back and now you are harassing them for the bill for a machine that never worked and that was returned. The attempts (both written and phone) have said, 'we are sorry but you still owe us money." YOU COMPANY needs to work on customer service and a lot of public relations.
The absolute WORST company ever! They have no clue as to what they're doing. Please DO NOT use this company!!
Apria Healthcare is awful. Trying to talk to them on the phone is crazy. I'm going to complain to my insurance company.
