Normally, dealing with Apria is a nightmare. Their phone number never comes up on my phone. It comes up as Unknown and no one ever leaves a voicemail to say it is time to re-order supplies. It's 2016. Have your phone number show up on my screen and have your customer service people leave messages. Orders have been wrong. And rather than send out my correct supplies overnight or at the very least second-day air, I've had to go through the whole 7 - 10 business day waiting period. Is there any company in America that hasn't been outsourced? There is no one at Apria that speaks or understands English. They also don't even know how to use the office equipment. Then they put me on hold them hung up accidentally on purpose, since they don't understand me any better than I understand them.
This is far and away the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I work for a large healthcare system that uses this company for its sleep center supplier. I will do everything in my power to have this changed ASAP.
I have had the absolute worst service imaginable with this company and it continues to be unacceptable. I will now have to go outside of my insurance and pay out of pocket because they do NOT care about the patient and their needs. I can not give this company ANY stars however can only submit this if I give at least 1.
Worst company ever! Terrible customer service. Waiting for equipment to get picked up and they keep saying they are coming and don't show up! Waiting 3 days for the delivery driver to come get the stuff......STILL WAITING!
