These people are irresponsible and incompetent. Their customer service is truly horrendous. DO NOT USE! I don't know how these people are still in business.
I HATE this company. I called a couple days ago bc Tyler needs more oxygen tanks, and they said they wouldn't be able to deliver until sept 6th. I said ok that should be fine. Well he ran out last night, so now we're stuck in our bedroom on the concentrator, and can't go anywhere, and I have errands to run today. (They won't let me have 2 concentrators, one for upstairs and downstairs) So I call to see if I can go to the local branch in Indianapolis and just pick up the refill. I was due for my CPAP Supplies in mid July. I checked ahead, because I had a problem with my previous order and was assured that I would receive it on time. It is now almost September and I have not received any order. Each time I call I am told they are waiting for authorization from my doctor, which has been sent twice. Their customer service is atrocious and you can get no information from the representatives. If you are contemplating using Apria, read the comments and ratings first
I would give these people less than one star if I could.
Absolutely nonexistent customer service when it is needed the most. If there are other choices for these services, Apria should be the absolute last resort! Stay away from this company at all cost
Listen,folks-this company screwed me over,too.The best thing you can do is to call the government agencies that pay them-I can't list them here-but I will below.If you do this-they'll either have to do right by you,or the government may threaten to close them down-or fine them,or refuse to use their services anymore.There are always mail-order places you can use;I've seen them on t.v. I have an Airfit F-10 full face mask & suddenly I am getting sores on the bridge of my nose from the mask. My brother visited here today from Orlando, Florida and his face has sores on it from his mask. We have never had this problem before & I had been using Cpap & now Bipap since 1996!!Have you changed suppliers?
