WORSE COMPANY OUT THERE YOU LIVE IN ONE STATE AND END UP TALKING TO SOME ONE ACROSS THE COUNTRY
I got some crutches and paid my portion after insurance, which was $41.56. I made an online payment 5 days ago and have received 2 phone calls telling me I still have the same balance. The first phone call I did provide the representative with the payment confirmation so I don't know why it's not noted in your system that the payment was made. My father is here visiting so we picked up an O2 Concentrator machine for his oxygen needs. The flow meter is not working and neither does any of their 24 hr contact numbers. Seriously guys. Away for the 4th of July?
Almost 3 weeks ago I broke my ankle. The same day my husband faxed my prescription for a knee walker. They said I would receive it within 7-10 days. I explained I couldn't walk and need it . It has been 16 days and it is pending supervisor approval. I have called them and my insurance company several times. Apria doesn't care about you or me.
I recieved cpap in may 2015. Before taking the machine i asked whethere the got the approval from my insurance, they said yes. Since then every month i am getting letter from insurance that Apria had not submitted apprpriate papers. Every month calling and emailing them, by chance somebody answer the email and said they will take care. But till now nobody taking care. The worst customer service i ever seen. What the big bosses doing about all these reviews. Hope they will call me and settled the problem.
A home concentrator unit was supposed to be delivered by 4pm the latest. It is now 7am and no unit. There were no noted from prior phone calls. Get it together!! (And yes I'm being nicer then I should)
