How does your company allow a tube fed child to go 2 weeks without formula. You received the script from his doctor February 15, 2016, today is March 2, 2016 and my son still doesn't have his formula. He's surviving on samples from the doctors office. You guys are pathetic and care nothing about your customers. I get nothing but a run around from you. Tomorrow I will begin looking for a new DME. Thanks for NOTHING!
The San Leandro, California branch is no better. Worse customer service and broken promises of delivery for 2 month. 2 Frikkin month.
