They are a bunch of stupid idiots Who do not know how to run a business been fighting with these people since October 2015 And they're communication is much much to be desired. If they have negative rating I certainly would give it to them
How is this company in business? Healthcare business!!!??? They are inept. Within two weeks I have been told my order was expedited. Lies! Switching vendors. Making sure insurance company,and hospital know how feckless this company has been.
Apria Healthcare SUCKS!! Wait times of over an hour if you call in, no response if you send a letter. Can not even get a hold of the local office. Lied to, ignored, FRAUDULANTLY billed my insurance company for a humidifier I never had. Sent me a statement dated 14 Dec 2015, with a due date of Jan 4 2016. Then I get a letter from a collection agency dated 30 Dec 2015!! NEVER, EVER use Apria!!! You have been warned!!!
Horrible company. Horrible customer service. They bill for the same thing several times but use a different code, and then try to make you pay for it when the insurance denies it as a duplicate. Then they try and play stupid and act like they don't know what they're doing. They know what they're doing. When equipment rental prices exceed the purchase price of the equipment, you know you're being screwed.
Apria is an amazing Company! All of these bad reviews are crazy!
This has to be the worst company I ever had to deal with. Their customer service is worse than Comcast, and most know how bad they are.
