HORRIBLE customer service. You have to call the Philippines to get any assistance. They are rude, talk over you, you can never get a supervisor and they overcharge for equipment that doesn't work!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY if you want to maintain your sanity #apriasucks

Apria is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. Almost 4 months ago they promised my wife a portable oxygen generator. As of today, no generator, and they cannot find the order. This is the third time we are trying to get her an oxygen generator, already approved by Medicare. They lied to us, on numerous occasions, about the unit being on order. I've been waiting all day for them to come get my grandmothers oxygen supplies since she passed. They gave us a time window from 2:45-5:45 at about 1. At 5:30 they said it would be between 5:30-930. I would like to leave my house. This is bullshit.
Where is the zero? This company is awful. My Autistic son broke his ankle and was approved for a wheelchair because he can't get around on crutches. Apria gives the same line "if we don't call you in 24 hours call back". Each time I call they are putting someone in his case to make sure we get the wheelchair. We still don't have it. 2 weeks and we are still waiting. ANYONE waiting for medical needs/supply should never have to wait this long! I am truly very aggravated with this company. I am from a Rehab Facility and TRIED to get a pt. set up for Oxygen for they would have once leaving our facility. Not only did they NOT deliver the O2 when they said they would when I called to check out what the problem was being I was told everything was approved and ready to go, they told me they still need several things before it could be PROCESSED. Apria delivered multiple packages of tubing and threw the unopened packages into the trash when they picked up the rental. Not only wasteful but polluting our landfills as well. I didn't use or even open the packages and I'm offended by the abuse
Run from this company do not let your doctor call your orders into them there is zero customer service from this company they refuse to even listen.
Apria Healthcare may be the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They consistently lie about when they are going to deliver equipment that days later they finally admit that they never had in stock. They have brought broken and incorrect equipment on multiple deliveries. After I recover from my current injuries I hope I never have to work with them again.
