However, I need assistance with my oxygen machine and have been on hold for 44 minutes now!! SMH We are dealing with life-sustaining medical equipment here: not a pair of sneakers!! I need help NOW. How are you going to deny my VENT DEPENDENT child an emergency oxygen delivery because it's a weekend day! Just sitting here in the ER because you couldn't do your job! Way to take care of your customers Apria! I've had NOTHING but problems since we started with them! I will be changing DME companies in the morning. Unbelievable!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Equipment never sent, then lost. Got billed for equipment that never showed up. When it did show up....i returned said equipment. Even got receipt for equipment. Not billing saying i didn't return. That my receipt means nothing. So now i got no equipment and a bill for equipment that never showed up and then has been returned........THEY ARE SO LOST THERE!! Also ....love the 3 calls a day to remind me that i have a bill. Then when i get on the phone to talk to them....they put me on hold for 10 mins. T... read more
If you can get your equipment from anywhere but here, you should. They will not answer their phone. They will send you a letter telling you to call them to have "their" equipment checked, but they will never answer the phone. Ridiculous. Will just call my insurance company and let them deal with them.
Can I give them a negative rating? Don't know how they stay in business. Can't believe insurance companies use them as a provider. Doctors & hospitals just roll their eyes & shake their heads when you say you have Apria. We have had nothing but hassles & run arounds from them.
