It has taken two weeks to try to get a portable oxygen backpack! Have not received it yet! Made numerous calls,some of the operators were so rude !

My daughter had a accident and was hospitalised. She needed a walker before she was released, she's unable to walk without the assistance of one. Our insurance only deals with Apria so needless to say we still don't have one of her own as Dr ordered. We had to borrow one because we are still waiting on Apria to provide one. I've called several times and didn't get anywhere till today. They said it would be tomorrow...let's hope. Now if I could give Apria 0 stars I would. I went to my pcp in February cause I had a sleep study in November. They said I needed a change in my cpap pressure. It was back and forth with faxing documents to each other (this lasted for about month). Once Apria got the documents they needed, I'm supposed to get a call from a respiratory technician to change my pressure wirelessly on modem. I have been calling Apria on and off about the respiratory tech for almost a week. They keep telling me oh they will call you but we can't ... read more
I'm surprised they are still in business. Needed a new nebulizer for my breathing (mine died) and they decided I could wait 4-5 days. They are clueless. The alleged "supervisors" refuse to come to the phone. Wonder how many people have either gone to the ER or died because of their gross incompetence and negligence? Unfortunately, this is the company with whom my insurance company has a contract. Would gave preferred Lincare. Can I give them an F-?
The WORST customer service ever. Takes forever to get a live person only to find out you need to talk to another department. They say they will call back, they NEVER call back. And I also experienced them using my credit cards WITHOUT my authorization.
