The worse experience in Health Care that I have ever had. Seven weeks of dealing with people overseas and only being able to connect with a person in the USA once was a communication headache beyond belief. I understand the stringent requirements of Medicare but the same information was passed along to one of your competitors and was processed in two days along with an appointment date with a clinician. Poor customer service... rude employees. NEVER used to be this way back when our families mother used this service through Health Partners... but now the service is terrible and putting peoples health in jeopardy... would NEVER recommend this service for anyone and the health industry should end the contracts with this company until they change their work ethics and policies.
This is not a company to use for ordering Home Healthcare supplies. We have used them for several years (not by choice, insurance requirements) and they get the monthly orders correct less than 50% of the time. For the past several months they have shipped us random items we did not order but are unable to ship us simple items like gloves. So displeased with how Apria operates. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD FOR AUTO PAY. The document says they will notify you if they are taking notes a different amount out of your account. Now they tell me it has to be a certain before they notify you. They said they will take what they want when they want. Worst experience ever!!!!!
Avoid Apria Healthcare. Their representatives are liars and their billing is an absolute joke. They billed something incorrectly and I told them how to fix it so they would be paid by the insurance and they refused. Now because of something that their representative told me and the fact that their billing practices are less than stellar, they are now billing me 540 dollars. They can forget it.
In attempting to obtain a nebulizer, one of your employees just hung up the phone on me. Wow. Highly unprofessional. I will not be using this company. I will also let others know about my horrible experience.
Aporia health provides horrible patient service . The entire company does not grasp the concept that they supply oxygen which is a medical necessity to their patients . Beside waiting up to an hour in the queue( each time you call), I have yet had an issue resolved . There are times I have to call back several days in a row, including having to escalate for spare tanks in case of a power outage . And for someone who needs oxygen that is not acceptable. I am currently searching for a new vendor . Shame on you Aporia...
Please, please stop harassing us. We do not use Apria anymore but get calls many times a day. We have pressed "9" to stop getting calls and it doesn't work. We have tried to contact the company and can NEVER get a live person. This has been going on for months. HOW DO WE GET RID OF THESE CALLS - please!
