No wonder you have such low ratings...your service has been robot calling me for 2 weeks now. Was high priority for a biliblanket that never came. Called company to check status. The rep put me on hold to contact driver . Came back and said she's still trying to to get a hold of a driver . Put me back on hold then she hung up on me . No call back nor a blanket. Went to doc apt next day without proper equipment to help my new baby.
Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I'm not even sure how they are in business.
I stopped using Apria due to poor customer service. I received a bill a year later with no previous attempts to contact me. They said my insurance carrier changed. Yes, Two years before. They refused to submit to new insurance because it had been over a year. It was their fault. Customer service was rude. Do not do business with this company.
I myself don't use this company. But my grandmother does. She got a wheelchair over a year ago, and the doctor said medicare would pay for it. Ever since she got it, she has been getting billed almost every week since then and gotten calls more than once every day. Now they have turned it over to a collection agency. We have called to see what the deal was and they always say they'd handle it. They always say it was taken care of. They called and setup an apt for today, between 10:00 and 2:00. That's a 4 hour window .It is now 2:41pm. I have things to do other than sit around waiting for them to show up. I called the number in Oregon, that called me. I was on hold for over 12 minutes, before I gave on that one. This is the worst run company in the country.
