Such a simple task and even that Apria doesn't get right. They have a prescription for O2 equipment but when they need another prescription for something that should be part of the first one they send to a doctor that I haven't seen in ages----not the doctor that sent the current prescription. I seriously do t think I've ever had a trouble free encounter with them
Has anyone sued this company for insurance fraud? If so please contact me I'm interested how it went
See my comments already posted (if you can get past the bored employee's postings about her family) about a "ghost" amount due. Apria has some terrible customer service - I'm not referring to all employees, because I've spoken to some very helpful and knowledgeable people, but HEAVEN HELP ME - Apria has created a problem that nobody at Apria is willing to talk WITH me about. I think they are trying to kill my grandfather. My 86 yr old grandparents house flooded and I have been trying to get oxygen for my grandfather for 3 days now. They can't get to me, so I drive an HOUR one way to pick up his supplies from their office after THEY requested I come to pick it up, and when I got there they couldn't let me leave with it because the proper paperwork wasn't done! This is my third appointment they have been a no show... Never I am sorry. Only my time wasted and my money.. and still waitting...
