Avoid this company. They don't care about their customers and they will lie to you.
Horrible customer service!!! I absolutely dread calling to Place an order with this company knowing I will be transfered multiple times only to be placed on hold for at least 20 minutes each time. (then being disconnected) after spending all this time on hold. Really though, I have no life so yes I'll keep holding and being transferred and disconnected no problem. Also, after ordering needed items, we receive only part of what we ordered. Medical items should be of utt most importance but they are clearly not. So frustating!... read more
I guess my 80 year old fathers need for Oxygen is not a high priority for Apria! Unbelievably poor service.
Apria is horrible! 5 days trying to oxygen for my father. When I asked the representatives if they just didn't want my business they hung up on me! I hope everyone there gets treated the way they treat their customers. When they are taking their dying breathes my someone give them run around for days.
I was just overcharged for the second time. Horrible service and way overpriced. Bye bye Apria!
Tried to cancel service and they can't find my account. ...seriously it pretty much sums up the type of service I've received from apria from day one.
Most incompetent people ever! Billed a health provider that I had in 2004, then billed me because the claim was denied. Duh! They had already billed the correct company in the past. I talked to 5 people to reiterate correct insurance company! How does this happen. All the while reading their robotic script of non answers!!!! Grrrr
I need oxygen for disabling headches (cluster headaches aka suicide headaches) and my insurance on't cover oxygen to abort the pain attacks. I am willing to pay CASH and have been told Apria does not take cash. No compassion.
