Worst customer service! Tried to order a power adapter, change my address and order filters! Customer service said I had to call three different numbers, really? First, changing my address was fine! Second to order an adapter, the customer service agent switched me to two different places, none of which was the right place! After being switched, to be put on hold, I gave up! Within 2 minutes on the Amazon website, had both orders with a 24 hour delivery!

The worst customer service I've ever had. No one at this Company seems to have any idea what they are doing. They also should make sure their Customer Service Reps have the right numbers to provide clients. One of them had me calling a phone sex line.

If I could select no stars I would. I am completely upset with how horrible the service has been this week. I have been lied to over and over again and yet still have no formula for my daughter who is completely out. I was informed that it was UPS that dropped the ball...I should of known better. So now my special needs child will pay the price for your mistakes and now not receive her formula until Tuesday. Shame on you and your lying and deceiving employees. Our doctor called in a blood pressure cuff six weeks ago. Every time I call you about it, I'm told they will escalate the order, but we still don't have it. This is causing my blood pressure to rise! Help!

I don't understand this company. I called on 11/13 about a problem with my CPAP machine and was told someone would call in 24 hours. Never got a call back. Called again on the 11/20 and was again told I would receive a call within 24 hours. Over 36 hours and still no call. Tired the Contact Us link on your website and it does not work. Not a good sign for a company dealing with health care products.

Worst healthcare company ever!! They don’t care about their customers. Waiting on hold 31 minutes to speak to an agent after the supervisor never called me back regarding a billing issue with my health insurance they have now forwarded to a collections agency. Meanwhile they billed my old health insurance!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Same experience as everyone else here. Was looking to purchase some equipment rather than rent, had to speak to 5 different CSRs who had no clue, but they all had to verify me before telling me they would have to transfer me. Call times was one hour and ten minutes, and I was on hold for 55 minutes of that. I finally gave up, and they called back to let me know my insurer had to sign off on the purchase even though I didn't want to submit any claim for it to my insurer. Taking it back to... read more
