Really Really SAD services.......NOBODY from the USA talks to U on the phone when u need to speak to someone with any type of issues.........the people on the other end speak broken english and when u ask to speak to someone u can understand they pass u to another person speaking broken English because all our jobs are being shipped outside the USA
Worse customer service very rude! I work in the medical field and you never treat people like they do! I really wish you can give a 0 star. So sad
Apria seems to be growing worse in service every year. Now my husband needs a CPAP. He was scheduled for an appointment to be fitted the machine demonstrated in Timonium, MD. He took time off, drove out there, and was told "Oh we don't meet with people anymore and your supplies have already be shipped to you." What. The. Hell??
Horrible company. Their fraudulent billing is almost unbelievable. Seems like someone should look into class action lawsuit. Billed for materials on 2/12, submitted payment on 2/13 on their online payment portal. On 2/16 they auto withdrew 2 times what I had submitted on the 13th without my permission (after already once requesting to be removed from auto payment). Sat on hold for over an hour on 2/26 only to be told first "well the overage was for co-payment, without any bills/statements for alleged 'co-payment'," then talk... read more
Apria healthcare is a joke. You’ll go round and round on the phone with them trying to figure out what is going on with your order, to eventually have them hang up on you. Not only do you get treated like garbage, but it’s by people in a call center in the Middle East. They can’t even hire Americans. Disgraceful.
Worst service I have ever withnessed. Paid them a copay and now am unable to speak with anyone who can provide accurate information. Transferred over and over and after 40 minutes on hold someone disconnected the call. Filing issue with Joint Commission and Georgia Insurance Commisoner’s Office.
If you want to see just how horrible this company is, check the Better Business Bureau. This Business Is Not BBB Accredited. It has 262 negative reviews out of 266 total reviews. They put you on hold for 45 mins. Their webiste does not show you details of what you are paying for. I have payed my bills to Apria, HOWEVER, they are sending me to a COLLECTION AGENCY for a $15 charge! One which I never saw and had no idea what it was for. Beware!
