About to lose my shit. They have auto-drafted $979 out of my checking account without my permission!? Why the hell would any reputable hospital or physician recommend this company? Stay away unless you love stress! They never know what's going on with your account and pass you around the office cause they get sick of you. Will never recommend them to anyone cause it's a awful company.
Shame shame on these people! Each time they tell me they're coming to maintain my oxygen concentrator they are no-shows. And their excuses They just didn't have time to stop in at my place. I have even taken off of work but they again were a no show. I received a call from them confirming a time of 5pm, however they showed at 12 noon. I was at work at that time!! I was told that I should bring in my concentrator, however kind of heavy for me to handle in my own. Shame shame on this company!!!
Worst customer service and absolutely no internal communications. Ordered a bed to be moved, confirmed 3 times over 3 days. Delivery driver arrives no bed. Then points me to the customer service number, which takes 20 min for someone to answer (Kaiser dedicated line my A**). Constant 'messages' while on hold about 'rate us' here's your rating "Minus 10 stars"
Terrible. These people are the worst. They lack follow through and apparently don't know what to do with doctors orders once they do have them.
Predatory business practices. Relentless phone calls demanding money or threatening collection for mysterious unpaid balances. Avoid doing business with Apria at all costs. They are extortion professionals.
Terrible Customer Service... Having a problem with Therapist. I called to speak to the local office, I was told I can not. The Branch Manager does not accept calls, I can tell the CS rep my problem and he will note my complaint but that's as far as it goes. Wish I had other options.
