worst ever! I am going to stop using them as soon as I get the mess they made of my paperwork.
I would put zero if I could will be changing from this company customer service is terrible can barely speak English and writing the company does no good. I am also putting in a complaint at my sleep center and hopefully they will be removed from the list of choices so no one else will make the same mistake I have I will also do an online review as well
If I could give it zero stars, I would. This company charged my mother for a full month of oxygen when she went into hospice on the 7th. Unbelievable. #apriasucks
Worst customer service - rivals AT&T and Bank of American for that crown - shame on them!
Lack of creditably. Techs are pros and friendly but their times suck. Their telephone system if a frogging maze and then a live person. If there is competition it has to have better customer service.
Worst service! 2 hrs on the phone for a $25 charge for something I didn’t receive and they try to give me a number to “senior” billing.. BS! Asked for a supervisor and she’s too busy. Asked for her name, git Rose?... Rose who? Clerk went and talked to her and she can’t give out more info on herself like a number or last name or Id number? So she’s too busy to talk but can tell clerk to tell me to go screw off! By the way never received my cpap, because the local office called me on their personel cell and blocked the number ... read more
OMG!! This place is not for real. What BS. You could die waiting for a response.
Worst customer service EVER!! I have spent over 2 hours on hold in three different phone calls just begging to get a detailed bill. Please fax it. Please mail a hard copy. Please do ANYTHING! It’s ridiculous. Don’t deal with them. They will not get my business again!!!
