This company has attempted to over bill me several times. I have emails from their representatives saying that I have no balance yet they try to charge me. When I call to inquire about these issues, I'm on hold for 45 minutes to an hour before I get to someone each time. Finally when I reach someone, they see my account has a $0 balance and they say they will "fix it". I immediately ask for an email stating this, which they send. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I'm done with them, never doing business with Apria again.
I paid for my mom's equipment the first month. She passed away before 30 days. She qualified for assistance and they sent her a refund check. I called, was told to send them back with a letter since it came out of my account and they would refund me. I've been dealing with this for over 2 months. Today, they took 309 dollars out of my account. Wtf? I'm livid. There is no service provided. No reason to take any pmt out of my account. Now I'm out almost 600 dollars that needs to be refunded!
Apria are a bunch of criminals. I don't recommend anyone do business with Apria. They've illegally billed me for supplies I never ordered after illegally signing me up for them. They were also the wrong size, and I returned them unopened, but I still got a bill. The entire company's assets should be liquidated, and their name added to an official "Hall of Shame" monument alongside CareCentrix and Enron.
..I called apria local number after calling the 800 number All week..I was suppose to get my Walker a week ago appon my discharge...if I want to pick up the Walker I would have to drive to visalia..when Fresno is closer...I told them never mind ..it's never going to get here ..everyday day of the week it says it will be here and it isn't...it's ridiculous..never mind .
If I could rate lower than 1, I would. This is a terrible company who is unable to maintain accounting of their own transactions. They have cost me literally 60+ hours of my time "fighting" with them over claims that they failed to file correctly with my insurance company (who was willing to work to resolution). They've left me with bills that they cannot associate with specific products or supplies/services and sent me to collections for a bill that never should have been mine to pay to begin with. ��� Terrible awful customer service, long waits & multiple transfers of phone calls usually results in spending 30-60 minutes, giving the same info to 4-6 people & still getting nothing actually accomplished. Please stop saying that awful tag line "Thank you for being the best part of Apria Healthcare" at the end of every conversation. I want to throw something each time they robotically say it because it's a total lie!! ���
