Worst healthcare company ever! Medicare should drop their contract with them! My CPAP machine broke, after 7 years, and I have severe sleep apnea and also Pneumonia. Apria has given me the runaround. They wanted a new RX for a new machine and my doctor's office faxed it in twice, Apria says they never got it. I'm stuck in the middle and Apria doesn't give a crap about people. Do not use this company, they are too big and they lose paperwork and they don't care about customers. Wish I could give a 0!!
I placed a reorder for nebulizer kits on June 21. I am still waiting.I have not received one telephone call telling me why the order has been received. This is the most crappy company I have ever had the displeasure of using. You get put on hold for 20 min at a time, but no resolution. Take your business elsewhere.
I could write a book on how horrible this company is. Do NOT EVER deal with them.
I'd rather take my chances in a dark alley with robbers than to deal with this company. Trying to charge me $6000 for a CPAP machine!!!
This company is most difficult to work with. As a health care worker, I feel bad for all my Medicare patients that are forced to use this company. I wish Medicare would drop their contract...
APRIA has refused to ship supplies due to what they say is an open balance from 05/11/2012. I never had a balance or notifications and was never contacted by their collection agency. They only want the $22.73 which I know i did not owe. I have done several thousand dollars business this year and earlier yrs since 2012 and now am upset. How this inconsiderate organization stays in business is beyond me.
They have No customer service they are useless. The guys in the field are great but every one else with this crap company suck.you can't get hold of them with there after hours number they just leave you on hold and never answer the phone. If my insurance would let me use someone else I drop this crapping company. Apria you suck.
Worst Customer service of any company I have ever dealt with by far. .....and clearly they don't care if you read the reviews.
