My mother-in-law had a prescription ordered for the compressed portable oxygen tank. It was ordered LAST TUESDAY (5/10/2016), after she was discharged from the hospital. It's 5/19/2016 and she is still waiting for the tank. I called after she called all day yesterday and was told by one of your rude customer service reps that you guys needed a prescription which was sent to you guys last Tuesday. I have been trying for more than 2 weeks to get a medication delivered for an elderly ill lady, no record of previous calls, no help long holds, lies about issue resolution.............Absolutely horrible customer service
Their customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen. Wait times on calls are always 10+ minutes. I just hung up after 22 minutes on hold. I have called during business hours and found them closed. I have had customer service people fail to follow up on discussions and have orders misplaced or lost. Trying to get an appointment in person had to be done through the central number and they were not aware of the local branch hours or availability. Apria has got to be the worse company I have ever felt with. I had an oxygen machine at one point in 2011. All the equipment had been returned promptly. I had not had contact with them until fall 2014, at this point I started to receive constant phone calls and letters telling me that I had equipment that required servicing and or to be returned. I don't wish to leave a bad impression or be overly critical, but the phone maze on you service number is very difficult to use, i can never get through to the dept. I wish to talk to i can only hope to get through to a himan voice on chance and it is very frustrating, when i do get to a human voice the problem is i cant understand them and that is infuriating i do not understand the economics of having a person on the other side of the planet trying to assist a person while not being able to verbally articulate the words in... read more
Apria is terrible, and they don't care if you hate them. Customer service average wait time is over 15 min. The send wrong or not at all shipments. I wish I could find another company
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Finally terminating my business with this company after two years. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
